Returns & Refunds Policy

ASA Floor & Window Cleaning (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional floor and window cleaning services. Because our services are delivered directly at the time of appointment, we do not provide refunds or accept returns once a service has been completed.

No Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. Once cleaning services have been rendered, payment is non-reversible. This applies to both residential and commercial cleaning appointments.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

Although refunds are not available, customer satisfaction remains a priority. If you believe the service was not performed to the expected standard, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, arrange a follow-up visit to address the issue at no additional cost.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.

Goods and Products

We do not sell physical goods. Therefore, conditions for product returns or 30-day cancellation rights do not apply.
